<p>You are conceived as a single cell containing a DNA molecule &ndash; your genetic code. That single cell then divides and each of the cells formed contain a replica of your DNA molecule. These cells then subdivide and the process continues.</p>
<p>While that process is itself amazing what is even more remarkable is that for a very short time, just a few days, there exists as part of a newly formed embryo a group of extraordinary cells known as embryonic stem cells. They can grow into whatever sort of tissue the body needs.</p>
<p>That is to say, they can transform into any type of cell. For example, in response to chemical signals, some stem cells transform into skin cells, some to liver cells and so on. This way not only do the cells know what their role is &ndash; they know exactly how to function perfectly in that role without any form of external interference. Further, when a cell is replaced by subdivision all the information about its role and how to function is passed to the next generation so that the particular body part in question can continue its function</p>
<p>And there&rsquo;s more. There is also what are known as adult stem cells that are found in small numbers in most adult tissue. They are not as versatile as embryonic stem cells because, in the main, their function is to repair and maintain the tissue in which they are found, although recent research suggests they may have more potential to transform into a wider range of cells than was first thought.</p>
<p>But we&rsquo;re not finished yet! Not only does each cell know its role and exactly how to function in that role, it knows how to work in cooperation and harmony with the other 50 trillion or so cells that make up the human body.</p>
<p>Okay, that&rsquo;s my view - I hope that it&rsquo;s at least given you some appreciation of the enormous internal power you have available. And that brings us back to the question of how can we tap into and use this awesome resource to restore and maintain our health and sexual performance for as long as we choose.</p>
<p>The approach I&rsquo;ve taken is to ask &lsquo;how best can we support the cells so that they can fulfil their roles and perform their functions as near to optimum level as possible?&rsquo; That way the cells will be able to use all their innate intelligence to take care of us.</p>
<p>As you&rsquo;ll shortly discover I&rsquo;ve determined there are two particular systems in the body whose performance is absolutely vital to the proper functioning of the body&rsquo;s cells. Further, I believe that we have allowed these key systems to deteriorate, albeit unwittingly, and that by restoring them we directly interact with the cells and encourage them to raise their efficiency. This in turn rejuvenates, in particular, all of the body&rsquo;s major organs and glands - the good health of which our vitality, alertness and sexual performance depends.</p>
<p>So let&rsquo;s identify the key systems&hellip;</p>
<p>There appears to be fairly general agreement among molecular biologists that the human body is designed to maintain itself for about 120 years.</p>
<p>If that is so, I feel safe in the assumption that the body&rsquo;s cells hold all the knowledge needed to keep us energetic, alert and sexy for life. In fact, I&rsquo;ll go even further and state that we were meant to access and use that knowledge to advantage in maintaining our health.</p>
<p>Now obviously I don&rsquo;t mean there&rsquo;s ready printout of the knowledge but rather that if we identify, tap into and enhance the integrity of systems that are key to the body&rsquo;s survival we will &lsquo;automatically&rsquo; be using the cells&rsquo; intelligence and it is reasonable to expect that would secure a long and healthy life.</p>
<p>In other words, if we identify the body&rsquo;s needs and desires and meet them the body will be happy and we will be healthy. Now that might sound &lsquo;airy fairy&rsquo;, but rest assured what you are about to discover is far removed from hand-waving and navel gazing.</p>
<p>Building The Health Strategy</p>
<p>The first move in developing such a strategy is to step back to see if we can find out what it (the body) would actually welcome. If we ask the question &ldquo;does the body know what&rsquo;s good for it&rdquo; &ndash; I believe the answer is yes.</p>
<p>It was mentioned previously that the maximum human lifespan is about 120 years. It follows therefore that the body must have all the necessary systems in place and know exactly how to promote robust health and a long life. In fact, as far as the body is concerned it is reasonable to assume that declining health is neither normal nor inevitable.</p>
<p>This is quite contrary to the messages of doom concerning the inevitability of illness and aging that have been unwittingly programmed into our subconscious minds as the result of conditioning (albeit unintentionally) by marketers, doctors, health authorities and our own attitudes and thoughts.</p>
<p>And, to repeat an earlier assertion, I believe it is safe to conclude that if we can identify, restore and properly maintain systems the body considers to be key we will be well on the way to enjoying lifelong health and sex.</p>
<p>So does the body provide any indicators to which systems should be the primary focus of our attention? Again, I believe the answer is yes. Given the supreme intelligence stored in the cells of the body (I don&rsquo;t think we yet fully comprehend just how brilliant they are) it should come as no surprise that it (the body) provides us with the keys for enjoying a long, healthy life with lots of sexual pleasure.</p>
<p>At this point, it would no doubt sound much more impressive if I said I was about to reveal the &lsquo;hidden secrets&rsquo; to lifetime vibrant health and great sex. But, in truth, there are no secrets and all we need do to find the keys is look to our entry into this world. This knowledge is free and equally available to all.</p>
<p>Key 1: Sexual Energy</p>
<p>At birth we carry charges of the various bioelectric energies that circulated through us in the womb. Importantly, we know how to circulate these energies through our body by maintaining open channels in which they can flow freely with minimum loss.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, although at an early age we discover the pleasure sexual energy can bring and know innately its remarkable healing power, we soon adopt practices that constrict its flow and squander its power. Practices that inevitably lead to deterioration in health and sexual performance.</p>
<p>I take the position that the sex organs are the foundation stone of the body&rsquo;s network of glands. If they are not functioning optimally, the performance of other glands is compromised.</p>
<p>I support this position with the contention that it is not by chance that a major circuit for the flow of sexual energy follows a path up the spine from the genitals to the brain. Nor do I believe it is by chance that the brain, through the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, is responsible for monitoring and controlling the bloodstream levels of vital hormones and various bio-chemicals secreted by other glands.</p>
<p>So while there are many different bioelectric energy fields in the body it is the sexual energy circuit associated with the male and female sex organs and its link with the brain that is of most value in seeking to take back control over one&rsquo;s health.</p>
<p>Key 2: Breathing</p>
<p>Although at birth we commence to use our lungs to breathe independently for the first time, we use movement of the abdomen to inhale and exhale. This movement follows the pattern set in the womb where our lifeline, the umbilical cord, was connected to the navel.</p>
<p>However, we soon abandon this natural pattern of rhythmical deep breathing for one based on short, shallow breaths often associated with stress. Disturbances to vital systems, for example to the critical hormone balance of the brain-endocrine system as a consequence of an improper breathing pattern, inevitably have an adverse and often major impact on our health.</p>
<p>The Strategy</p>
<p>The basic premise underlying the proposed strategy is that the most important and rewarding action we can take to turn our health and sex-life around is to restore and maintain the integrity of these two natural processes. In simple, practical terms that means:</p>

<p>o Relearning how to breathe and control the breath.</p>

<p>If you are a sufferer, you know you have got to do something. Many people do not want to take pills, but will reach for the anti acids. What is best though?</p>
<p>Actually neither the pills or the antacids. You really need to take a look at what you ate, how your system reacted with acid reflux and make a change in your diet.</p>
